REGISTRATION PACKAGE IS INCLUSIVE OF:
  • Entry to Scientific Hall and Exhibition Area.
  • Lunches on 10th - 11th May, 2025 & Dinner on 10th May only.
  • The above Registration cost includes GST Charges as per Government Rules.
  • Certificate from Head of Department is mandatory for PG Students.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Registration for Conference is mandatory for all those attending the conference.
  • Children over 10 years will be treated as Accompanying Person.
  • PG Student should submit a certificate regarding status of the student from the HOD of the respective college/institute.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Registration Cancelled till 25th April 2025, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
  • Registration Cancelled after 25th April 2025, NO amount will be refunded.
  • All refund will be made by cheque after the conference.
